As Head of Finance Europe, you are responsible for the financial leadership and operational steering of the European organization. You will act as a key business partner to the European management team while serving as the main interface to the Group and shareholders in the United States.

Leadership & Organizational Responsibility
- Lead the functions Finance/Controlling, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and IT
- Manage and develop an international, cross-country team across multiple European locations
- Drive talent development and promote a high performance, collaborative culture
Financial Management & Controlling
- Oversee and support the monthly financial closings in accordance with HGB and US GAAP
- Own the annual budget process and rolling forecast cycles
- Prepare and deliver regular management and financial reports to shareholders in the US
- Work closely with Group Controlling in the US to ensure alignment and transparency
Compliance & External Stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements
- Act as primary contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
Processes & Business Performance
- Continuously optimize and further develop financial and operational processes
- Advance and professionalize sales controlling to support commercial decision making
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources, providing financial insights to support growth and efficiency
Qualifikation
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in a senior finance leadership role within an international environment
- Strong knowledge of HGB and US GAAP
- Strong knowledge of ERP-systems
- Proven experience leading international teams and cross‑functional areas
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English or another European language is an advantage
