How do you drive greatest customer relationships? Simple answer: Ask your customers and act based on every single feedback! By using the Net Promoter System (NPS) method, we help our customers to improve their product, service and relationship to end-consumers. Focus on our product is our lifeline and DNA of zenloop. 

You and your HR team are finding and developing zenrockets. The company's success relies on your ability to find the right people at the right time. You want build this fundament and strengthen it by giving everybody the right paths of development. You define your success when everybody gets successful in his/her development along with the company development. Employees turning into evangelists. 

## Tasks

- You will run and control HR projects and ensure the implementation of new HR policies and procedures
- You will be responsible for the definition and implementation of onboarding processes with extended structure for sales as well as career levels and paths
- You will implement our employer brand at all candidates' and employees' touchpoints for great candidate and employee experience
- You will work closely with the founders and management team in improving the efficiency of HR processes and support in all topics related to people and culture
- You will build up, manage, guide and support our HR team
- You will defined leadership standards & trainings 

## Requirements

- +6 years of significant HR experience, ideally within a high volume, fast paced and international environment
- You have seen rapid company growth, can identify current growth stage, what needs to be done & whats
- You have successfully managed HR teams in the past
- You have expertise in developing and implementing strategic programs in the areas of: retention, performance management, talent development, recruitment and benefits
- You are fluent in english and german
- You are a networker with strong ties to peers
- You are a team player enabling your team to grow zenrocket experts
