## Tasks

You are our **outbound engine**. You build and manage your pipeline, call freight forwarders, and turn first contact into revenue. Full ownership, direct line to the founders and visible impact from day one. 

*   **Outreach with a smile:** Identify decision-makers, prep messaging, and **pick up the phone**.
*   **Deal ownership:** Qualify, run discovery/demos, multithread, **close**.
*   **Pipeline & forecast:** Keep CRM tight, move deals cleanly through stages, hit quarterly targets.
*   **Feedback loop:** Turn objections and win/loss learnings into product inputs and sharper talk tracks.
*   **Scaling:** After proving the motion, **recruit and coach SDRs**.

## Requirements

**50% motivation | 40% brains | 10% experience**

*   You’re excited about sales and direct contact with people.
*   **1–3 years** experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or logistics.
*   Fluent **German & English** (written and spoken) - additional languages as a “+”
*   CRM basics (Pipedrive/HubSpot/SFDC); comfortable with sequencers; phone-led selling.
*   High self-motivation and persistence
*   Entrepreneurial mindset: You see opportunities instead of problems
*   You love celebrating success with a young, ambitious team 🍻

## Benefits

*   **Compensation:** **€55–70k base** (based on experience) plus **performance bonus with accelerator**. (Six-figure OTE is possible with overperformance.)
