Tasks
Sales Support:
- Assist in lead generation, qualification, and management.
- Join on Sales meetings and assist in conversations with potential customers.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Support in maintaining and updating CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Coordinate follow-ups with leads and clients.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Ensure content aligns with zealy's brand tone and marketing objectives.
Marketing Execution:
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the creation and management of ads and promotions.
- Help in organizing events and webinars.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, German required).
- A keen interest in sales, marketing, and digital tools.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, or Google Analytics is a bonus.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
