General Builder / Multi Trader

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established company seeking two skilled tradespeople to join their team covering Surrey. This is a self-employed CIS role with a full diary of work provided, offering the flexibility of contracting with the stability of regular work.

💷 £200 per day + Fuel Expenses Covered
🕒 Full-Time, Ongoing Work | Monday–Friday

The Role

Working across occupied residential properties, you'll carry out a variety of building and maintenance tasks while delivering excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ General building and plumbing repairs
✔ Completing work to a high standard with minimal supervision
✔ Working professionally within customers' homes
✔ Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
✔ Travelling between jobs across Surrey (fuel costs covered)

Essential Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years' plumbing experience
✔ Minimum 5 years' general building experience
✔ CIS registered (UTR number required)
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Own van and tools
✔ Based in Surrey
✔ Available to start immediately
