Programmatic Specialist in Full-Time or Part-Time (m/f/x)

THE ROLE

As a Programmatic Specialist (m/f/x), you will be part of our Ad Operations team in Vienna, which is responsible for the end-to-end management of all campaigns and programmatic deals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the company's continued growth.

• Identifying programmatic deal requirements in close collaboration with our Sales team, conducting discussions with direct clients, and managing deal setup and monitoring.
• Creating reports to ensure strategic and operational optimization together with our programmatic stakeholders, including the Sales team, agencies, direct clients, and technical teams.
• Monitoring, reporting on, and optimizing ongoing campaigns based on relevant KPIs.
• Supporting the development of programmatic strategies for agencies and direct clients.
• Monitoring market developments and industry trends within the programmatic advertising landscape.
• Close collaboration with our local publisher and sales team.
• As part of our local Ad Operations team, you will contribute to the development of the Austrian market.
• Contributing to the development of our DSP/SSP product functionalities and gathering technological requirements through communication with clients and YOC's technical teams.

• Serving as a key point of contact for the Programmatic Selling product by supporting Sales and Operations teams as well as agencies with questions related to programmatic trading and troubleshooting programmatic deals.

  YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field, or alternatively have completed a comparable professional qualification.
• You have already gained at least one year of professional experience in Programmatic Advertising and possess relevant experience in Ad Operations. Digital Advertising, Video Outstream & Instream, and CTV are familiar concepts to you.
• Ideally, you have strong knowledge of programmatic platforms and experience in programmatic trading.
• You have hands-on experience working with common ad-tech platforms and systems such as DV360, Adform, Equativ, or similar tools.
• You possess solid expertise in Ad Operations and have basic HTML skills.
• You work in a highly responsible and detail-oriented manner, are self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as strong presentation and communication abilities. Excellent German language skills are required.
• You are a team player with a high degree of ownership and a strong hands-on mentality, driven to get things done and deliver results.
