## THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional digital advertising solutions for YOC's clients. Your tasks will include:  
  
* Producing high-quality advertising creatives, from concept to final execution.
* Developing creative materials from scratch when needed, bringing innovative ideas to life.
* Designing banner ads and engaging rich media formats.
* Optimizing and refining creative formats to ensure maximum impact and performance.
* Reviewing client-provided materials to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
* Collaborating directly with clients to discuss creative details and materials, fostering clear and effective communication.
* Implementing adjustments based on client feedback and aligning deliverables with their expectations.
* Maintaining and managing YOC's internal systems to ensure seamless creative workflows.

## YOUR PROFILE

* You are a team player and not afraid of responsibility.
* You have a very good analytical mindset and a quick grasp of things.
* You are detail-oriented, systematic and work independently.
* You are a strong communicator and have an affinity for technology.
* You are confident in using MS Office programs, especially Excel.
* You already have knowledge of Adobe CC.
* You have a fluent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.
