Marketing and Business Development Intern

XMandarin Chinese Language Centre is an international Chinese language school welcoming students from around the world. We are looking for a motivated and internationally minded intern to join our team in Qingdao

Location: Qingdao, China
Start dates: October 2026 or March 2027
Duration: 5–6 months

Your Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media and support online marketing
• Develop social media campaigns and explore new content ideas
• Help build partnerships with universities, schools, and student recruitment agencies
• Support international student recruitment and develop new markets
• Help organize and promote events and cultural activities
• Conduct student surveys, interviews, and collect reviews
• Promote XMandarin internship opportunities internationally

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, open-minded, and interested in international business, marketing, social media, or Chinese culture. Strong English communication skills are required. Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
