We seek a talented and experienced Head of Sales to join our team and drive our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and excellent communication skills.

## Tasks

**What you’ll be doing:**

*   Leading our sales, customer success, and solution architects team of 6 people and scaling it
*   Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.
*   Hands-on sales activities to hit monthly revenue targets.
*   Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
*   Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, acting as an ambassador for our brand and building relationships with key stakeholders.

## Requirements

**What we expect from you:**

*   longstanding experience in B2B enterprise sales and a strong hands-on mentality.
*   Sales leadership or senior sales experience
*   Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
*   Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and partners.
*   Results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving company growth.
