Product Manager (m/w/d)

You'll be working in the Marketing Department in our Cloud Infrastructure Unit.

• Product catalogue management: You actively maintain and manage our product catalogue to ensure that our portfolio remains up-to-date and competitive. You coordinate change requests within the product portfolio and ensure smooth implementation in collaboration with various departments. You will regularly revise our product portfolio to optimise it and sharpen our vision.
• Customer information: You manage all relevant customer information about our products and services, including the creation and maintenance of data sheets.
• Product innovation: You are responsible for the evaluation of new product ideas and the further development of the product roadmap.
• Customer feedback: You systematically collect feedback from our customers in order to continuously improve our products.
• Market analysis: You keep yourself informed about market trends and carry out competitive analyses to strengthen our market position.
• Pricing: You are responsible for the pricing and margins of our products and services.
• Legal documents: You will coordinate the management of legal documents, including T&Cs, privacy agreements, SLAs and other relevant documentation by liaising closely with the relevant stakeholders. You will also manage the process for change requests and ensure efficient coordination between the departments involved.
• Cross-departmental coordination: You are in continuous dialogue with other departments and key customers to obtain updates and feedback and coordinate our product strategy.
• Product documentation and communication: You create, update and manage the technical documentation for our products and ensure that it is organised in collaboration with Marketing and other departments. Together with the marketing team, you will develop the communication around our product portfolio and support campaign communication.

• Work experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry to have a deep understanding of the technical and business challenges.
• Education: An IT education is very welcome, as well as any further education in the IT sector, such as business informatics.
• Market knowledge: You have experience in the marketing and further development of IT services, software and hardware products. This expertise helps us to place our products in a targeted and successful way.
• Agile project management: Your familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban is important to us. It is also an advantage if you have experience with tools such as Jira and Trello, as these support our working methods in projects and make them more efficient.
• Project management: You have experience in creating product development plans and managing projects. This competence is crucial for the successful realisation of our product vision.
