**Wunder Mobility builds the software that powers shared mobility worldwide.** Our platform runs 2M+ rides every month, 30M daily API calls, and 20,000+ vehicles across Europe, the US, and Asia. Operators like Forest, Green Mobility, and Emmy rely on us every day.  

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Working Student to support our Finance team and Founder in their day-to-day operations and special projects. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, organized, and eager to learn about business operations in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our Finance team and gain valuable insights into administrative, accounting, and HR processes.  

Please note: This is an **on-site position** based out of our Hamburg office.

## Tasks

**Finance Support**

*   Collect, validate, and compare financial data sets
*   Support with invoice processing and accounting data entry
*   Clean and structure financial data for reporting and documentation
*   Prepare paperwork and draft documents (e.g. for banks, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders)
*   Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
*   Support with debt collection processes and special finance projects

**People & Culture Support**

*   Assist in sourcing and reviewing applications
*   Maintain and update IT inventory
*   Ensure data quality and updates in our HRIS (Personio)
*   Draft HR paperwork and assist with document preparation
*   Support onboarding and offboarding processes
*   Handle HR filing and support general admin tasks
*   Support office management

## Requirements

*   Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field
*   Fluent in both German and English
*   Good Excel skills (e.g., working with structured data, filters, and basic formulas)
*   Strong sense of initiative and proactive working style
*   Reliable, detail-oriented, and structured
*   Comfortable working on office-related and administrative tasks
*   Available for at least 6 months
