Finance Associate (Working Student)

Wunder Mobility builds the software that powers shared mobility worldwide. Our platform runs 2M+ rides every month, 30M daily API calls, and 20,000+ vehicles across Europe, the US, and Asia. Operators like Forest, Green Mobility, and Emmy rely on us every day.

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Working Student to support our Finance team and Founder in their day-to-day operations and special projects. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, organized, and eager to learn about business operations in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our Finance team and gain valuable insights into administrative, accounting, and HR processes.

Please note: This is an on-site position based out of our Hamburg office.

Finance Support

• Collect, validate, and compare financial data sets
• Support with invoice processing and accounting data entry
• Clean and structure financial data for reporting and documentation
• Prepare paperwork and draft documents (e.g. for banks, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders)
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Support with debt collection processes and special finance projects

People & Culture Support

• Assist in sourcing and reviewing applications
• Maintain and update IT inventory
• Ensure data quality and updates in our HRIS (Personio)
• Draft HR paperwork and assist with document preparation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle HR filing and support general admin tasks
• Support office management

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field
• Fluent in both German and English
• Good Excel skills (e.g., working with structured data, filters, and basic formulas)
• Strong sense of initiative and proactive working style
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and structured
• Comfortable working on office-related and administrative tasks
• Available for at least 6 months
