## Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

*   Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration among team members.
*   Serve the scrum teams by addressing impediments, supporting team dynamics, and empowering team members to self-organize.
*   Foster close collaboration among team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders, creating transparency and trust.
*   Facilitate and lead continuous improvement initiatives for the scrum teams, focusing on efficiencies, velocity, and quality.
*   Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams and management.
*   Manage the integration of the scrum process across four teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

## Requirements

Your Profile:

*   Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
*   Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification required.
*   Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within a SaaS environment.
*   Proven experience in managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
*   In-depth knowledge of agile principles, practices, and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
*   Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
*   Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
*   Familiarity with software development, product management, and related technologies.
*   Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve complex issues.
