We are currently recruiting a seasoned eCommerce leader who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the senior management team, your focus will be on spearheading the management of the European eCommerce business and its strategic development, while also exploring opportunities for expansion into additional regions such as Australia.

## Key Responsibilities

* Managing and overseeing the European eCommerce business.
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance online sales in the European market.
* Leading the rebranding efforts and establishing value proposition strategies in the eCommerce domain.
* Strategically advancing eCommerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Expanding responsibilities beyond Europe, potentially including regions like Australia.

## Skills and Qualifications

* Extensive 10+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce, demonstrating growth in the field.
* Strong understanding of retail products with a diverse range of SKUs and categories.
* Proficiency in comprehending and effectively communicating with technical teams regarding common eCommerce KPIs, functionalities, and technical requirements.
* Comprehensive knowledge of various marketing aspects relevant to eCommerce.
* Proven track record of successfully leading multiple eCommerce/retail teams, including restructuring and fostering long-term success.
