Tasks

  • Overall responsibility for the Supply Chain Management department with 70 employees
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of managers and teams
  • Strategic development of Supply Chain Management (optimizations and innovations using modern methods)
  • Management of operational tasks (ensuring transparent and optimized order, production, and delivery planning; inventory-optimized procurement management; demand-oriented procurement strategies)
  • Ensuring process development, including certifications according to relevant standards

Requirements

  • Completed university degree with many years of management experience in Supply Chain Management at a company in the automotive/supplier industry
  • Analytical, process-oriented approach and strategic vision
  • Sound methodological expertise
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent leadership, assertiveness, and communication skills
  • Fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to approx. 20%)
