As a **Production Associate (Fertigungsmitarbeiter:in)**, you’ll assemble high-precision DMX winches and lighting elements, ensuring top-notch quality and performance. You'll operate tools and machines, perform quality checks, and keep our production running smoothly. ## Tasks

*   Assembly of mechanical components and sub-assemblies for KINETIC LIGHTS products
*   Carrying out quality checks to ensure that all assembled parts meet quality standards
*   Operating production machines and tools to manufacture products
*   Regular maintenance and cleaning of the tools and machines used
*   Documentation of assembly and quality inspection work

## Requirements

*   2+ years of professional experience in a production environment
*   Professional experience handling mechanical components and tools
*   Technical expertise in mechanics and production technology
*   Careful work and compliance with work instructions and safety regulations
*   Outstanding communication and exceptional team ethic
*   Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
*   Willingness to work standing up and carry out physically demanding tasks
*   Fluency in at least one of German and English, both preferred
