## Tasks

**As our Head of Product you will have an impact on:**

*   Developing and formulating our long-term product vision, goals, metrics and strategy.
*   You will translate that strategy into concrete plans and objectives over the short- and medium-term.
*   Guiding the prioritization of work and help make resourcing and prioritization tradeoffs more generally.
*   Owning and developing our customer insights and building a truly customer-centric product approach
*   You'll work closely with our Operations, Business Development and Finance teams to build products and tools that improve their workflows and ensure we're using the right metrics to inform our product roadmap and to measure success.
*   Working closely with our executive team to inform, influence and ultimately drive some major aspects of the company strategy.
*   Leading and growing our product team by hiring new, hungry, driven product people and developing our existing team of rockstars

## Requirements

**What you will add to our Crew:**

*   A strong track record of shipping consumer software for mobile and web that users love.
*   Experience using both quantitative data (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., user feedback) to inform product prioritization.
*   With excellent communication, you collaborate well cross-functionally—especially with engineering, marketing, sales, and support—to get an organization working together towards strategic objectives.
*   Computer Science, Design or PM background or equivalent experience.
*   You have built and managed diverse, distributed and high-performing product teams consisting of engineers, designers and product managers, both full-time and freelancers.
*   A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
*   As a self-starter, you are not afraid of taking the initiative. You love fast-paced environments and strive under uncertainty and have a proven track record of solving extraordinarily hard problems
*   You can work with Figma or Scetch yourself and have an eye and interest for design with a solid business sense
*   You can analyze data yourself by writing SQL queries and using data analysis tools.
