We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting & Finance team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this role, you will help ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly so the rest of the team can focus on adding value for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include data entry, information collection, invoice preparation and sending, process compliance monitoring, and administrative support.
We work with various systems such as Podio, Google Drive, or Slack to accomplish our tasks. Book keeping is done in Xero and experience with the system is a big plus.
Excellent spoken and written German & English is a requirement for this position.
