We're looking for a Working Student to join our Content Automation & Operations Team and help us
ensure the quality of automated and AI-generated content across our international markets.
A key part of your role will be reviewing content before it goes live, making sure it is accurate,
consistent, and meets our quality standards. You'll act as an important human-in-the-loop, helping
ensure our automated processes work reliably in practice. Alongside this, you'll support international
customer support operations and gradually take ownership of smaller AI and automation projects
Deine Aufgaben
- Review automated and AI-generated content across our international markets before publication
- Check content for quality, accuracy, consistency, and tone, making improvements where needed
- Act as a human-in-the-loop for automated processes that require manual review or validation
- Take ownership of publishing approved content when required, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across all markets
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve existing content and processes
- Review international customer support tickets and support the team in processing customer inquiries
- Support AI and automation initiatives by testing new workflows and documenting results
- Collaborate with different teams to continuously improve our content processes
Dein Profil
- Currently enrolled as a university student in Munich, Konstanz or Berlin (Werkstudent
eligibility) - Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for language and content quality
- Comfortable reviewing, correcting, and improving written content
- Able to work independently and take ownership of smaller projects
- Curious about AI, automation, and digital tools - no coding background required
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with structured processes
- Available for around 15-20 hours per week, including our core coverage hours from 10:00 to 14:00, with flexibility around exam periods
Nice to Have - A Strong Plus, Not a Requirement
We work across 19 countries, so additional languages are genuinely valuable. You don't need any of these to apply, but each additional language strengthens your profile: - German - not required, but a strong plus for our home market and internal collaboration
- French
- Czech
- Romanian
- Hungarian
... but also all additional languages are welcome.
Deine Benefits
- Hands-on experience with AI-supported content operations and human-in-the-loop quality processes
- Direct exposure to modern automation and support tools such as n8n and Zendesk across a 19-country operation
- The opportunity to take ownership of smaller content and process automation projects
- Close collaboration with our Content Automation Manager and relevant teams across the organization
- Flexible hours that work around your studies
