For our location in Munich or Berlin we are looking for a working student for approx. 20 hours per week and at least 1 year, starting in February 2026.


Deine Aufgaben

As part of the Marketing Team you will be in charge of:

Customer support

  • Processing incoming user enquiries, reviews in the app stores and community management.
  • Handling specific enquiries in coordination with the relevant specialist department whilst always keeping an eye on all topics that affect our users and creating reports.

    Social media

  • Contributing to the planning, creation and publication of social media content.
  • Weekly creation of forecast videos in Adobe Premiere for the App and Social Media.
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of our social media channels and creating reports.
  • Developing creative ideas for campaigns and activities that strengthen our brand.

    Sustainability

  • Supporting our internal Green Team with administrative tasks related to sustainable corporate strategies and the preparation of our annual carbon footprint.
  • Working closely with various departments and external partners.

Dein Profil

  • Enrolled student in a relevant degree programme (e.g. communication sciences, marketing, sustainability management or similar).
  • You can speak English and at least another language like French, Spanish, Polish, Czech, etc. (German is not a must).
  • Interest in customer communication, social media and sustainability.
  • Some experience in social media management or customer support would be an advantage.
  • Confident handling of MS Office, Video editing tolos (Canva, Adobe Premiere) and common social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube).
  • Creativity, affinity for numbers, organisational talent and a meticulous way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
