TALA, known for activewear that keeps up with busy lifestyles, has been on a rocket ship since its founding in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley. Built on largely organic socials, today we are a digital-first, multichannel women’s athleisure brand with a multi-faceted growth and retention strategy, trading on impressive numbers. TALA recently opened a 2,000-square-foot, double-fronted Store on London’s iconic Carnaby Street as part of our ambitious growth strategy, backed by a recent funding round.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Assistant to support in the day-to-day operations of the Brand Marketing team. This role is essential in helping the brand function efficiently and ensuring timely communication, campaign coordination, and cross-team alignment.
You’ll work across multiple teams (including influencer, creative, product, ecomm, PR, and partnerships), helping to bring exciting campaigns and new products to life, while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This full-time role will report directly to the Brand Marketing Manager and will be based at our office in SW London.
Tasks
Day to day you will:
Project Coordination
- Supporting on multiple marketing campaigns with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, writing notes and tracking of follow-up action points
- Implementing and upholding processes for key campaign milestones, clearly and efficiently communicating updates to key internal stakeholders
- Working with production, product, merchandising and operations team to ensure smooth campaign asset delivery
- Assist in day-to-day communications between brand, creative, social, paid and ecom teams
- Keep campaign stakeholders aligned and informed of deadlines, updates, and deliverables
Public Relations
- Support in briefing, ideation, proofing and administration support to our external PR agency, ensuring key campaign and brand moments are launched with excitement to press
- Up to date knowledge of PR strategies and tactics desired, but not essential
Asset & Content Admin
- Coordinate image and asset requests across internal teams and external teams, working with brand, press and wholesale partners
- Support with gathering, labelling and sharing brand guidelines and campaign imagery
- Help manage asset feedback loops in collaboration with design/copy teams
- Assist in updating key marketing documents, tracking documents and folders
Gifting & Logistics Support
- Handle all brand gifting and tracking, including press, influencer, partners, and giveaway winners
- Support in the logistics required within the brand team, including couriers, vendor management, and storage organisation.
Copy & Messaging Coordination
- Work alongside the Brand Manager to brief copy where needed
- Help manage timelines for copy delivery and review
- Track and prioritise ad hoc and campaign copy requirements
Research & Competitor Insights
- Conduct trend and competitor research to support ongoing product and campaign planning, including influencer research and vetting
- Share regular updates with wider marketing team and contribute to ideation sessions
Requirements
You should:
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A great communicator — written, verbal, and visual
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- A natural team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Keen interest in fashion, sustainability, and branding is a plus
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, pr, content, comms, or brand support role (or strong internship experience)
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Familiarity with marketing campaign processes
- Experience using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or Notion
- Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple stakeholders
