## Tasks

*   Build your business in recruitment and continue developing your career in the Tech industry
*   Seek new business opportunities and generate leads in Permanent and Contracting staffing solutions
*   Working on both building and developing relationships with new and existing accounts
*   Become a brand and go to person whilst developing long-term, trust-based, relationships with their client partners

## Requirements

*   Robust experience in **agency recruitment** with a solid track record in developing new business opportunities
*   Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
*   Strong reputation in engaging in proactive behaviour and seizing opportunities
*   High level of personal motivation and accountability
*   German and English proficiency
