Description
CSL Behring AG in Bern specializes in the manufacture of drugs for the treatment of immune deficiencies and immune dysfunction, as well as drugs for rhesus prophylaxis and albumin solutions for shock and burn victims. CSL Behring AG's production facilities are licensed by the Swiss health authorities and the US FDA. Every year, therapeutically important proteins are isolated from over six million liters of human plasma in accordance with the strictest safety and quality standards and processed into medicines. The products of CSL Behring AG are distributed worldwide.

As Project Manager / Project Delivery you are part of the Global Engineering function.

Working hours

Standard / 41 working hours

Manage small to medium size projects and sub-teams within large projects, Delivery of projects from feasibility to planning, execution and qualification/validation up to handover, Developing and managing budget plans and control schedules, Preparing key project management documents and engineering and supply contracts, Provide ongoing project status reports for the Senior Management including necessary KPI’s relating to timelines, costand milestones in a concise and timely manner

University degree in Engineering (ideally mechanical, process engineering); ideally a further project management education, e.g., PMP Certification (advantage but not a must), Excellent leadership, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills, 5+ years of proven project management experience, including leadership or senior PM roles, Proven experience and knowledge in chemical, biotech or pharmaceutical process, Broad skills in handling technical development concepts, tools and technologies as well as design techniques and ability to solve problems in design, testing and deployment, Energetic and proactive person with strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to cope with time pressure in demanding situations, Excellent written and spoken language skills in German and English

Nice to haves

Experience in Execution system, Experience in Trackwise, Veeva, Power BI/Clarity.
