**We’re currently looking for Business Development Intern to help us grow our sales.**

Joining WAYF as Business Development Intern means helping us in the acquisition of new customers and maintaining business relations with our current partners.

**Our offer is a 3-month-long internship for a minimum of 80 hours per month with the possibility of continuation after a successful first period. The compensation is 23,5 PLN gross per hour (contract of mandate / umowa zlecenie).**

## Tasks

*   Help in the initial steps of the sales process
*   Opportunity to directly work with the sales team and understand the complete sales pipe
*   Assistance in improving current sales processes and tools
*   Active acquisition of new clients through online tools and communities
*   Active work in Lead generation and helping to manage our sales pipeline

## Requirements

Requirements:

*   Basic IT market knowledge
*   Great communication skills (fluent English is a must)
*   Strategic mindset

Nice-to-haves:

*   Relevant experience
*   IT market experience & network
