The Wayfair Integrated Marketing team helps establish a deeper connection with our consumers by developing omni-channel campaigns and storytelling moments across the marketing flywheel. This isn’t your traditional marketing role because we aren’t your traditional marketers. We own the strategy, P&L, and strategic roadmaps for our channels and measure everything we do, from brand-building influencer campaigns to lower funnel affiliate efforts. 

What makes us successful is using that data to build algorithms and automated solutions to help each and every customer create spaces that are just right for them through the media, brands and influencers they trust the most. As the Senior Associate, Content Commerce, your role will revolve around the management of affiliates, media partnerships, influencer partnerships, and external agency relationships across AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane, and Perigold. You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of these partnerships and collaborations. In addition, you'll work cross-functionally with the Integrated Marketing team to grow the channel.

## What You’ll Do

* Support Content Commerce Operations: You will assist in the day-to-day operations of affiliates, media partners, and influencer partners for SRBs and Perigold.
* Campaign Development: Develop innovative ideas for integrated campaigns that can be leveraged for omni-channel content generation, from brand activations to influencer collaborations and media partnerships.
* Launch Strategy: Play a key role in executing new launch strategies while maintaining current affiliate, media and influencer partnerships.
* Internal Relationship Building: Foster and expand strong internal relationships across multiple teams, advocating for channel goals, strategies and project timelines.
* Strengthen External Partnerships: Expand and deepen relationships with affiliates, content creators, influencers, and media partners.
* Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
* Identify Opportunities: Collaborate with the team to identify areas of opportunity and streamline processes for greater efficiency.

## What You’ll Need

* Digital Marketing Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate and influencer marketing.
* Influencer Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in effectively utilizing influencer content as a full funnel marketing lever.
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in CPG, Retail, or e-commerce, particularly in consumer-facing brands.
* Self-Motivated and Driven: A self-starter with a determination to execute, and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive growth.
* Strategic Thinker: Possess strategic thinking capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
* Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic, occasionally ambiguous, fast-paced work environment. Flexibility to promptly adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Team Player: Embrace a genuine team player mindset characterized by positivity, enthusiasm, a desire to learn, and self-motivation.
* Detail-Oriented: Must exhibit a proactive, reliable, organized, and resourceful approach with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
