• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and components within the contact center to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting, and repair mechanical issues with a focus on minimizing downtime for critical telemarketing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvements in the mechanical infrastructure of the call center.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades, to ensure traceability and compliance with company policies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Artisan Fitter in a telephone call center or related industry.
• Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, ensuring optimal functionality at all times.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
