Project manager for trainings in NET (NET fundamentals, KIDNET, FORNET, NETfacts) for Ukrainian mental health professionals (MHP) with subsequent clinical consultations. Freelance, part time, fixed term contract (January 2026 – June 2027).
Tasks
- Organization & preparation of the trainings
- Communication with trainers, training leaders and project assistant
- Making sure that the trainings are running smoothly
- Accounting of the finances
- Writing reports
- Ensure good communication with board from vivo and with cooperation partners
Requirements
- Experience in project management
- Background in Psychology (Master in Psychology)
- Minimum experience in delivering NET of 3 years
- Experience in organizing online NET trainings
- Experience in working with translators
- Experience in working with Ukrainian mental health professionals
- English and German proficiency in spoken and written form required
- Support and communicate efficiently with other trainers and cooperation partners providing best solutions
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Problem solving skills with the skill of looking at the bigger picture
- Working independently, will need to be well organized, an excellent communicator and confident working remotely
- Good skills in MS Office and MS Teams
- Open and supportive collaboration with colleagues
- Planning ahead and taking responsibilities proactively
- Flexibility during NET trainings
