Mandatory Internship in R&D (f/m/x) starting January 2026

We are looking for a Mandatory Intern to support our R&D Team (f/m/x) starting January 2026.

• Preparation of stability reports for various products such as creams, serums, shampoos, conditioners, and home & garden products
• Execution of stability tests according to relevant quality standards and customer requirements
• Recording of test data for subsequent analysis
• Support in the development of new products and close collaboration with the R&D team
• Formulation of samples for new products in the laboratory

• Well trained in hygiene, discipline and documentation in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice.
• Comfortable with the performance of both periodic and routine analyses in the laboratory.
• Proficient in the use and operation of a wide range of basic laboratory and analytical equipment
• Dedicated to learning more about product development and willing to learn and grow.
• Ideally working towards a degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics, Life Sciences, or a related field, with a strong team spirit.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry with a developing understanding of their application in formulation and manufacturing processes
• Willingness to take on responsibility from the outset and a demonstrated desire to progress within the role.Fluent in English.
