## Tasks

*   Provide leadership and management to the Platform & DevX teams, providing technical guidance, coaching and mentorship to team members. 
*   Identify productivity challenges faced by product engineering teams and translate them into long term goals and roadmaps for the Platform & DevX teams to implement. 
*   Define and improve internal processes, constantly striving for improvement 
*   Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews 
*   Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages the professional growth and development of team members.

## Requirements

*   Proven experience leading DevOps/Platform/SRE/DevX teams 
*   Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and set priorities for projects and initiatives 
*   Experience of process improvement and driving efficiencies in engineering workflows 
*   Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate, working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 
*   Experience in acquiring and developing talent, including recruiting, onboarding, training and performance management 
*   Experience in coachifng and mentoring engineers and finding ways to help them grow Qualitätsbewusstsein
