• You lead a team both professionally and disciplinarily and ensure the constant professional development.
• You know the individual strengths of your colleagues and can staff them purposefully on the matching client projects.
• So as not to get rusty, you will also manage selected projects yourself.
• You navigate regularly on our strategic direction and operational excellence and derive measures that help us grow.

Requirements

What we expect:

• 5 years of experience creating valuable product for end-users and business (preferably digital agency background)
• Proven track record in delivering impactful products and projects for end-users and business
• Communications, UX or technical background
• Analytical and conceptual skills, with an eye for the success critical
• Experience as a leader, with strong communication skills and decision-making ability

• Fluency in German and English
