We build award-winning smart glasses in Vienna: hardware, firmware, software, all under one roof. Our CEO moves fast, thinks big, and needs someone equally sharp keeping everything organised behind the scenes. You'll own his calendar, travel, and meeting preparation, making sure every day runs as it should, and every commitment is followed through.

This is a role where your precision and proactivity directly shape how effectively the company is led.

Tasks

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and manage the CEO's calendar: scheduling, prioritising, and protecting his time

• Organise travel: flights, hotels, ground transport, itineraries: seamless and stress-free

• Prepare meetings: briefings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups

• Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO where needed

• Anticipate needs before they become requests. You're always one step ahead

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep things on track

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership

• Exceptional organisational skills and sharp attention to detail

• A proactive, discreet, and reliable way of working, you handle sensitive information with care

• Calm under pressure and able to reprioritise quickly when things change

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in both German and English

• Dedication to your job paired with a good sense of humor

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment

As you know, due to the collective agreement (KV), we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is EUR €3.954 gross/month. But honestly, that’s just a baseline - we’re offering you a salary that truly reflects your skills and the value you bring. We’re excited to recognize your experience with a package well above the minimum and fully competitive in the market.
