You make people feel at home in a fast-growing company - and build the processes that help them thrive.

We build award-winning smart glasses in Vienna: hardware, firmware, software, all under one roof. From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales, we offer everything from a single source under one roof. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are "born global" and work with customers and sales partners all over the world.

Making Future Reality together – are you in?

We're looking for someone organised, hands-on, and people-first, who can help us build the processes a fast-growing team actually needs — and keep things running well while we scale.

Tasks

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Jil and Anna in scaling our PX processes as the team keeps growing

Owning day-to-day recruiting coordination: screening, scheduling, candidate experience

Designing and running onboardings so new hires ramp up fast and feel at home

Handling operational HR tasks: contracts, HR tools, coordination with external payroll

Supporting culture and team initiatives alongside leads across the company

Helping us build processes that are ready for what comes next

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

Experience in a generalist HR/People role, ideally in a start-up or scale-up

A hands-on and get-it-done approach

Attention to detail and good organisational skills

Comfort with ambiguity, we're building a lot of this as we go

Experience implementing HR tools is a plus

Fluent German and English

Benefits

What's extra?

Salary: €3.400 – €4.400 gross/month depending on experience

Yearly public transport card (Vienna)

Workation within the EEA

Dog-friendly offices

"Inspire Days" – time to learn and recharge

A front-row seat to how a deep-tech hardware product gets built, from PCB to shipped device

International team where your impact is visible every day

Making Future Reality – let's build it together.

Send us your application and let's take off together!
