## Tasks

*   Work directly with the founders across fundraising, operations, and GTM
*   Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews
*   Build and test new internal processes to streamline scale
*   Create materials for investors, partners, and customers
*   Support launch planning, product development, and hiring efforts
*   Be a thought partner in key strategic discussions and decisions

## Requirements

**Must-haves:**

*   **Fluent German & English speaker**
*   Based in or willing to relocate to **Munich (on-site role)**
*   Hands-on, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
*   Strong communication, presentation & research skills
*   Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

**Bonus points:**

*   Prior experience in startups, consulting, VC, or high-growth environments
*   Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or GTM strategies
