Tasks

  • Work directly with the founders across fundraising, operations, and GTM
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews
  • Build and test new internal processes to streamline scale
  • Create materials for investors, partners, and customers
  • Support launch planning, product development, and hiring efforts
  • Be a thought partner in key strategic discussions and decisions

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Fluent German & English speaker
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Munich (on-site role)
  • Hands-on, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
  • Strong communication, presentation & research skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Bonus points:

  • Prior experience in startups, consulting, VC, or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or GTM strategies
