This is Sales for Future. We aren't here to polish old-school sales scripts or play "office" in a cubicle. We are here to rewrite the DNA of how modern businesses grow - with grit, vision, and zero fluff. I’m Daniel, and I’m looking for a partner-in-crime. I don't need a secretary; I need a force of nature who can help me turn raw ideas into market-leading reality. If you want a safe, predictable seat, look elsewhere. If you want to learn how to build an empire from the front row, keep reading.

Tasks

Strategic Shadowing: You’ll be in the room for high-level deals. You don't just take notes; you anticipate the next three moves.
Operational Excellence: I move fast and dream big. You are the one who builds the systems, stabilizes the chaos, and ensures "done" is better than "perfect."
Vanguard Growth: Researching markets, testing outreach strategies, and building the prototypes for our next expansion phases.
Problem Slaying: When a bottleneck appears, you don't wait for a manual. You find the tool, the person, or the process to break through it.
Content & Brand: Helping me keep our message raw and authentic across all platforms. You’re the bridge between our vision and the public eye.

Requirements

Attitude > Degrees: I don’t care if you have an MBA or if you dropped out to sell lemonade. Show me what you’ve built, sold, or fixed.
Insatiable Curiosity: You have a "figure-it-out" DNA. You’re the person who uses AI to automate a 4-hour task into 4 minutes.
Communication with Teeth: You write copy that moves people and speak with a level of confidence that commands a room.
Thick Skin: I’m direct. The market is harder. You need to be resilient, coachable, and ready to hear the truth without sugar-coating.
High Output: You don't measure success by "hours worked" but by "impact created."

Benefits

The Ultimate Business Masterclass: You will learn more about sales, psychology, and scaling in 6 months here than in 4 years of university.
Radical Transparency: You get a backstage pass to the numbers, the failures, and the wins. No secrets.
The Network: You’ll inherit my network of high-performers, founders, and industry disruptors.
Equity & Growth: You aren’t just an employee; you’re an early-stage builder. If we win, you win big.
Don’t send me a generic CV and a boring cover letter. I won’t read it.
Send me something that proves you’re the one.
A video, a pitch, a teardown of what we’re doing - show me you have the spark.
Let’s change the game. Or at least disrupt the hell out of it.
