This is an open application for our Executive Assistant to CEO role. You're not applying for one fixed seat. You're applying to join VentureCopilot and be matched with a founder whose work, pace, and goals fit you.
How We Hire
At VentureCopilot, we don't hire assistants. We build Copilots. The Executive Partner role is our upgrade on the traditional EA: part executive assistant, part project manager, on the direct path to Chief of Staff.
You own the calendar, the follow-ups, the projects, and the moving pieces that keep a founder's business running. This is judgment work, not task work.
Think of the EA title as where you start. Copilot is who you become.
We currently hire exclusively from Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine. If you are based outside of these countries, we will not be able to move forward with your application.
What
As a Copilot, you work directly with a founder as their right hand. You own the calendar, the follow-ups, the projects, and the moving pieces that keep a business running, so the person you support can focus on growth. This is judgment work, not task work.
Think of it as two roles in one: the day-to-day command of an executive assistant and the ownership of a project manager. Master both and you're on the direct path to Chief of Staff, which is exactly where this role is built to take you.
Who you'll work with
Our founders are consultants in tech and marketing, podcasters, and lean teams scaling fast. They're small enough that your work has visible impact from week one, and ambitious enough that there's always more to grow into. They aren't looking for help on a one-off project. They want a long-term partner who grows with them.
Role Overview
As an Executive Partner (Copilot), you're the operational backbone for the founder you support. You blend executive support with operational coordination, acting as the central hub that keeps communication, tasks, and projects moving forward.
The right person is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing up to senior leadership. You thrive in fast-moving environments, anticipate needs, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks across systems, meetings, and workflows.
Your Impact
Every founder is different, so the exact mix flexes once you're matched.
A typical Copilot's work breaks down roughly like this:
Executive Support & Administrative Management — ~35%
Operational Coordination & Task Management — ~30%
Systems & Workspace Management — ~20%
Meeting & Information Management — ~10%
Team Enablement & Operational Support — ~5%
This is a long-term role
We place Copilots with founders who want to build a real working relationship over years, not weeks. If you're after a quick project or a stopgap, this isn't it. If you want to grow with one team, earn the trust of one founder, and build a career as their go-to person, this is exactly it.
