Our mission 🚀
We are driven by our vision to build a software platform that redefines how millions of B2B sellers and buyers across the globe interact and close deals. We aspire to transform the B2B sales tech market as companies such as Salesforce and HubSpot have done so over the past 20 years.
We are a group of highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and fun people backed by first-class VC investors (Picus Capital, XAnge, 10X Founders and several business angels); we work partially from our beautiful office in the heart of Hamburg and partially from home.
Your role 🎯
With our Pre-Seed funding round closed and the product gaining more and more traction with customers, we believe it is now the perfect time to further build our team.
We are looking for top talents and empathetic and curious team players who are interested in building, testing, and shipping their own product features. Driven by building a product that helps people make better and faster buying decisions, we like to move quickly and love giving our team members full ownership. Make a significant contribution to our development and carve out your name on the newest B2B sales product.

Tasks

Be a significant contributor to our tech team and help us identify, evaluate, and act on product development opportunities.
Take part in tech discussions

Research and create proof of concepts regarding service integrations

Requirements

You are super outcome-focused and want to create impact - we move quick and so do you.

You identify yourself with our core values: courage, uniqueness, pro-activeness, empathy, and transparency.

Benefits

Make an impact from Day 1 - Join an early-stage high-growth startup operating at fast pace, where you are able to significantly shape the path the company is heading and strengthen its core culture

Get rewarded! Backed by strong VC investors we can offer a fixed salary of 2.000€ per month

And of course: Enjoy brand new Tech-Equipment (Mac/Windows), free drinks and snacks, a meditation Headspace subscription, an exclusive Gym Membership discount, lunch subsidies, and so much more.

How do we hire?
**Our principles:**‍

We hold discussions with you, not interviews. That means, it is as much your decision, as it is ours

Let's be very transparent upfront. We are clear about what is important to us and so should you. If we are not matching due to fundamental ideas e.g., about how to collaborate, let's find it out in the beginning

Let's have some fun together. In the worst case, we will have spent 30-60 minutes meeting a new person

The typical process lasts about 2-3 hours comprising 3 main discussions.

45-min personal interview

Mini take-home challenge

45-min interview to discuss the challenge.
