(Senior) Full Stack Engineer, TypeScript (all genders)

Customer success and sales teams of all sizes choose Valuecase to simplify collaboration with customers, speed up task completion, automate chasing, and uncover never-seen insights along the way. We’re building a new category, not “just another dashboard.”

Your role

We’re looking for a full-time full-stack engineer proficient in our modern JS/Typescript stack. You follow an AI-first development approach; having hands-on experience with AI technologies is a plus. You’ll work closely with our CTO and founders. Expect real responsibility, quick decisions, and openness to very creative approaches—we’re not a dusty B2B company; we innovate through our product.

We prefer hybrid work from Berlin or Hamburg and are open to fully remote for the right candidate.

• Build product features end-to-end in our modern stack: TypeScript, React, Nest/Node.js, PostgreSQL.
• Design, prototype, and iterate on AI-powered flows (tooling, retrieval, agents, orchestration, evals).
• Push the boundaries of our development approach—ship fast, measure impact, and raise quality.
• Collaborate closely with founders, design, and GTM to turn user feedback into delightful product.

• You’re a JavaScript/TypeScript generalist across web and cloud, comfortable thinking end-to-end.
• You leverage AI daily to continuously optimize your development process—for both speed and quality, and you’ve worked with AI infrastructure before (e.g., LLM/GPT APIs).
• You’re proficient in our stack (Frontend: React, TailwindCSS; Backend: NestJS, Typescript, Postgres).
• You have a growth mindset and feel at home in the ambiguous, evolving environment of a scaling company.
• Strong communication skills in English; comfortable working closely with users and stakeholders.
