• Strategic Planning & Vision: Define a comprehensive vision for Master Data Management (MDM), develop a long-term strategy, and create actionable plans for continuous enhancement.
• Project Evaluation & Oversight: Assess, approve, and manage MDM initiatives, ensuring they align with overarching business goals.
• Data Governance & Organization: Establish a structured, sustainable data management framework that meets operational needs and ensures efficient data handling.
• Change Management & Communication: Develop clear communication strategies and change management approaches to drive stakeholder engagement and smooth transitions.
• Data Standards & Quality Control: Define and enforce consistent standards for Master Data objects to maintain accuracy and uniformity across the organization.
• Process Optimization & Training: Design and refine Master Data maintenance processes, proactively improve data quality, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Knowledge Management: Ensure transparency by regularly updating stakeholders on MDM progress and maintaining effective knowledge-sharing practices.

Dein Hintergrund

• Completed university studies in business administration or IT-related topics
• Profound knowledge in Data Integrity and Master Data Management across all relevant departments of the value chain
• At least 7 years of experience within related topics
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Excellent and well-structured working style, especially in cross-functional teams
• Fluent/Native level English
