Then take a look at our inhouse day for aspiring Technology consultants! Join us at our Valcon office in Utrecht to explore whether there is a fit between you and Valcon.

During this day, you will not only explore what it means to be a Technology consultant, but you will also have the opportunity to meet some of our Technology colleagues.

Experience being a Technology Consultant for a day – May 2nd

As a Technology Consultant of Valcon we combine the role of consultant with that of an application developer. We participate in workshops to identify the requirements of the client and use our technical expertise and platform knowledge to translate these business requirements into high-quality IT solutions including mobile applications, business applications and workflow systems. This day gives the opportunity for you as (soon to be) starter to get an insight in the life of a Technology Consultant at Valcon.

What are you going to do?

This day will give you an introduction to Valcon and to our Technology capability group. You will get to know the possibilities within Valcon Technology and get to know some of our Technology colleagues. We will also give you an introduction in one of the Technologies that we as Valcon offer to our clients. You will learn the basics of the low-code platform Mendix and experience how you transform a business problem into a technical solution.

• A completed Master’s degree or in the final year of the Master in areas such as: Physics, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Economics or Mathematics.
• Affinity with IT and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Real team-player with excellent communication & analytical skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
