VAARHAFT is a young startup that deals with the authentication of digital media. In an age of publicly accessible generative AI, creating deepfakes has become child's play, meaning that the authenticity of digital images and videos can no longer be blindly trusted.

Our mission is to preserve the credibility of digital media and protect companies from fraud involving manipulated images, videos, or documents with our solutions. We are active in all industries where the credibility of digital images is essential. Among other things, we prevent image-based insurance fraud and uncover document forgeries in the banking sector.

As a working student in Customer Success, you will be the right hand of our Customer Success Managers. You will accompany our customers on their journey with our product and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. You will learn how to build long-term customer relationships and lead projects to success.

Tasks

  • Preparation and follow-up: You will create presentation materials for onboarding and review meetings. After the meetings, you will summarize the results and enter the next steps into our system.
  • First-line support: You will be the first point of contact for written customer inquiries and will respond to them confidently or forward them to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Project tracking: You will keep a close eye on our customer projects and monitor progress and important milestones.
  • Health score check: You will analyze customer use of our software and proactively identify areas where we can provide support.
  • Performing batch analyses: You organize and accompany our batch analyses and evaluate them in a meaningful and professional manner.
  • Content creation: You assist in the creation of help articles or best practice guides for our customers.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, communication, business informatics, or a comparable field at a university or technical college for at least one more year and are available for 20 hours per week.
  • You love structure and don't lose track of things even when working on many projects at the same time.
  • You are confident in your written and spoken communication skills (German & English) and are not afraid of direct customer contact.
  • You see where work needs to be done and like to think one step ahead.
  • You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly and transparently.
