Founder's Associate - Business Development & Strategy

You'll work directly with the founders and leadership team to help shape the commercial future of Urban Connect. This is not a traditional sales internship but an opportunity to understand markets, develop strategy, build business cases and engage with leading enterprise customers while helping build the operating system for corporate mobility.

What you'll do

- Develop commercial strategies and identify growth opportunities.

- Support enterprise sales and customer engagements.

- Create business cases, presentations and executive proposals.

- Own parts of the sales pipeline and CRM.

- Analyse data and improve commercial processes.

- Contribute across strategy, product and customer success.

About the Founder's Associate Program

Our Founder's Associate Program is designed for exceptional students and recent graduates who want to learn how a high-growth technology company is built from the inside. Associates work directly with our founders and leadership team, take ownership of strategically important projects, and gain exposure across product, strategy, commercial growth and operations. The programme is intended to develop future entrepreneurs, operators and business leaders.
