1. Join Upscale — Help us democratize great interior design
Would you like to become part of one of Switzerland’s most innovative interior design platforms? Then we would love to hear from you.
At Upscale, our mission is simple: beautiful and thoughtful interiors should not be a privilege for a few — everyone deserves a well-designed environment.
We believe great design improves people’s lives. One home at a time.
Upscale is one of Switzerland’s leading platforms for interior architecture and project implementation. We create tailored residential and office concepts for demanding clients and manage the entire project process — from the first idea to the final installation.
Through our platform, clients are matched with the designer who best fits their style, project scope, and personality. The matching is based on style analysis, project specifications, and the experience of our interior designers. Once the concept is developed, clients can order furniture and accessories online or offline, and we coordinate procurement and installation.
Dynamic and highly motivated — that’s how the Upscale team collaborates every day between Zurich and the French-speaking part of Switzerland, both virtually and in person.
If you are excited about helping disrupt the traditional interior design industry and shaping the future of how design services are delivered, we would be delighted to meet you.
