Are You the Right Fit?

Non-Negotiables:

• Proven B2B/Field Sales Experience: You aren't afraid of a "No" and you know how to get past a gatekeeper.
• The "Self-Starter" Gene: You don’t need a manager looking over your shoulder to hit your KPIs.
• Communication Mastery: You can build rapport in 30 seconds and negotiate a win-win deal.
• Tools: Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle are essential.

Experience in Freight/Logistics is a "nice to have," but your sales DNA is what matters most.

The Payoff

• Base Rate: $43.75 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + Super.
• Vehicle Reimbursement: $0.88/km (ATO 2025–26 rate).
• The Upside: Uncapped Commission. Build a portfolio of recurring revenue.
• Flexibility: Part-time hours. You manage your schedule and your territory.Growth: Comprehensive training and direct support from the World Options Operations Team. Opportunity to transition to full-time or part-time permanent after 6 months, depending on performance and business needs.
