We are looking for a Head of Product who will be responsible for overseeing the complete product development process, ensuring quality, and fostering innovation.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head of Product in a B2B SaaS company, showcasing a successful track record in developing and executing effective product strategies. 

A high level of English is required.

__Main responsibilities:__

* Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
* Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap to achieve strategic goals in collaboration with Technology and Sales Teams.
* Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
* Ensure alignment and effective communications throughout the product development lifecycle, keeping all the internal stakeholders involved and committed.
* Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle and develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay abreast of digital industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to implement product strategy.
* Ensure that the product meets or exceeds quality standards and customer expectations.
* Ensure that the product becomes an engine of value creation in the medium and long term, optimising quality, experience and security of digital solutions.
* Strengthen UNGUESS positioning bringing to the market an innovative product.

__Requirements:__

* 5+ years of experience working in product leadership roles at both major internet players and startups (B2B SaaS Product).
* Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and technical delivery. Being the connection between business and tech.
* Proven change agent and a strong strategic thinker.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
* “Product entrepreneur” thinking (we need a positive mindset with business and strategic thinking on how to scale the UNGUESS Platform).
