French-Speaking Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented French-Speaking Intern to join our team. As a French-speaking intern, you will play a key role in supporting various projects and tasks, all of which will help improve and strengthen our brand’s presence in French-speaking regions. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French and English and will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Translation & Localization: Assist in translating company documents, marketing materials, and customer communications from English to French.
• Content Creation: Help create French-language content for our website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Customer Support: Provide support in French to customers via email, chat, or phone, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any inquiries or issues.
• Market Research: Conduct research on French-speaking markets, including competitors, trends, and customer preferences, to help inform our marketing strategy.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with different teams (e.g., marketing, sales, or product development) to ensure French-language content and campaigns align with company goals.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on French-speaking market activities, including performance metrics of localized campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in French (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A passion for language, culture, and customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in translation, customer service, or content creation is a plus, but not required.
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Communications, Translation, Marketing, International Relations).
