Your mission
Support the research and development of Ucaneo's groundbreaking Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology by assisting in lab experiments focused on electrodialysis processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our team of engineers and scientists to optimize our carbon capture technology.
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Berlin lab team and assist with experiments, data collection, and analysis related to the electrodialysis process in our DAC system. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of lab activities and contribute to Ucaneo’s mission of combating climate change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and running electrodialysis experiments.
- Monitor, collect, and analyze data from ongoing lab tests.
- Help prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to optimize experimental procedures.
- Document results and provide support for reporting on lab findings.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and lab protocols.
Your profile
Skills and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrochemical processes or electrodialysis systems is a plus.
- Hands-on lab experience (e.g., university courses or internships).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Bonus Skills:
- Prior lab experience working with electrodialysis or related systems.
- Familiarity with lab safety protocols and equipment handling.
