We are looking for individuals interested in filling **Customer Service Operator** positions in the **Polish language**.

## Tasks

*   Processing customer e-mails
*   Telephone and written communication with customers
*   Expert advice
*   Customer-oriented problem solving
*   Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
*   Recording business transactions in the company software

## Requirements

*   Rich polish vocabulary in official and formal communication
*   Good communication skills, calm and patient nature
*   Self-taught person, attentive to details, and with good observation skills
*   PC+Microsoft (Windows, Word, Outlook) operation knowledge
*   Knowledge of English or Romanian at least at an intermediate level
*   Previous experience in a call center or customer service field beneficial
