In recent years, we have become one of the leading specialists in the international identification of affected vehicle owners and the recovery of unpaid charges.

**We are looking for an Application Support Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.**

## Tasks

*   Diagnose and resolve application-related issues reported by end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
*   Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs.
*   Monitor application performance and escalate issues as needed.
*   Assist in deploying and configuring software updates.
*   Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures, issue logs, and resolution steps.
*   Participate in training sessions to stay updated on application features and best practices.
*   Support change management processes, including documentation, impact assessment, and communication.
*   Manage service provider relationships and escalate issues when necessary.
*   Provide on-call support as required.
*   Support the migration of new case management projects.

## Requirements

*   Degree in (Business) IT or equivalent vocational training.
*   Foundational understanding of SQL and relational databases.
*   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*   Experience working with service providers.
*   Strong interest in understanding and optimizing business applications and workflows.
*   Process- and solution-oriented mindset.
*   Logical and analytical thinking.
*   **Fluency in English, German, and Hungarian is mandatory** for effective communication with stakeholders and users (at least B2)
