Freelance UX Designer (Berlin, On-Site)

Turbit Systems develops and researches AI services for renewable energy assets and has established itself as a market leader in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe.

As a Freelancer, you will collaborate closely with our Frontend Team — including customer success engineers, designers, and software engineers — to shape outstanding user experiences.

• Proactively contribute your UX expertise and strategic thinking
• Help us go beyond dashboards and build experiences that truly guide users to get the most out of their assets and software
• Rapidly iterate together with frontend engineers and individual contributors
• Establish a long-term collaboration with a growing and ambitious startup

The position is open immediately.

To enable close collaboration, interviews and regular meetings will take place on-site in Berlin, so we are looking for someone based in Berlin or willing to work locally with us.

• Strong experience and deep expertise in UX design
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• A strong drive to create intuitive, impactful user experiences
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Open-minded, proactive, and positive personality​
